Have an account to place?

Start a secure inquiry with what you have. An Acord 130, loss runs, supplemental, and experience-mod worksheet can help the review, but you can begin before the package is complete.

Bring the account and keep your role clear

Explain your client's situation and tell us whether you already work through a wholesaler or need an introduction. Start with the facts you know. Your client relationship belongs in the account's context from the beginning.

Questions before you send

Do I need every document before asking for help?

No. You can send a question or a partial file and add documents later. The form still needs the required contact details and consent. Keep detailed loss, payroll and experience-mod records in the secure submission flow.

Must partner paperwork be finished first?

You can send a live account before a separate partner conversation or partner paperwork is complete. Sending the account does not establish appointment, market access or authority to bind; required relationship steps still apply.

How do I keep the retailer or wholesaler involved?

Identify who is submitting the account and who is already helping. For an employer, include your agent preference. That information helps the team understand the intended relationship; naming someone does not automatically give them access to confidential information.

What should I put in the first message?

State the business type, the state where the work takes place, what happened and the date that matters, if known. Say which documents are available and which are missing. Add detailed payroll, loss and experience-mod records through the secure submission flow.

What a fuller account history added to the conversation

You can start the conversation with a question or a partial file. Reading a case study is optional.

Hospitality staffing after nonrenewal

After nonrenewal, a Southern California hospitality-staffing account reached FastechHR through a new retailer and a workers' compensation wholesaler. Human underwriting reviewed the complete loss pattern, and FastechHR wrote the account.

Savings have not yet been established. This individual outcome is not a promise for another account. Details are anonymized and rounded.

How the account moves from problem to answer

Employers, retail agents, wholesalers, and FastechHR can work on the same opportunity without losing who brought the relationship or who serves the client.

  1. 1
    Employer opportunity

The account, problem, existing relationships, and permission to proceed start the record.

  2. 2
    Retail relationship

Your existing retail producer stays attached, or you can ask us to help find the right connection.

  3. 3
    Wholesale relationship—when needed

A wholesale specialist can join the opportunity without replacing the retail relationship.

  4. 4
    FastechHR review

A person reviews the account, what is complete, what is missing, and the right next action.

  5. 5
    Answer through the same team

Status, missing information, and next-step materials return to the people working on the opportunity.

From difficult account to useful answer

  1. Submit the live account without waiting for appointment paperwork
  2. Review fit guidance and supply missing information
  3. Select an eligible wholesale path when one is needed

What you can expect from us

  • Submit the live account before waiting on unrelated listing or partner-profile work.
  • Keep retail person, retail agency, wholesale person, branch, and organization as distinct participants.
  • Treat public discovery as a starting point—not appointment, assignment, market reservation, or quote authority.
  • Move confidential applications, loss runs, payroll, claim detail, and mod data only through the secure submission path.
