When the employer moves forward
The PEO relationship is with FastechHR.
An employer that accepts the PEO solution enters the applicable relationship with FastechHR under the governing written agreements. Retail and wholesale relationships remain visible and protected throughout the process.
Channel protection
A network label does not create insurance authority.
Network Access Partner is a commercial network designation. It does not independently create an appointment, agency relationship, authority to bind, or an insurance or PEO contract.
