1. Scope
This policy applies to workcompfinder.com, its directory, program-fit tools, ownership claims, partner portal, and related communications. It does not replace a partner’s own privacy notice or govern information a partner processes independently.
2. Who operates WorkComp Finder
WorkComp Finder is a FastechHR.com platform managed by Seven16 Group LLC. FastechHR supports program and partner relationships. Seven16 Group LLC provides the website, technology, support, and related services.
3. Information we collect
We may collect contact, company, professional, directory, account, billing, communication-preference, and website-usage information. We also collect information you choose to provide in forms, chat, account checks, listing claims, and support requests. Payment providers handle payment-method information under their own privacy notices.
Some directory information may come from public records, business websites, licensed data, or partner submissions. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, claims files, loss runs, detailed experience-modification data, or confidential submission documents through public directory forms or chat.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the website, respond to requests, display and correct directory listings, connect opportunities with appropriate people, maintain partner relationships, process payments, prevent fraud, communicate about services, comply with law, and improve the experience.
5. How we disclose information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, process payments, or support the website; with partners involved in a service you request; during a business transaction; or when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including security, verification, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and audit history. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, receive a portable copy, appeal a decision, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable rights.
Submit a privacy or deletion request. You may also email admin@workcompfinder.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request, subject to proof of authorization. We may retain information where an applicable exception permits or requires it, including security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, transaction completion, and the establishment or defense of legal claims.
8. Cookies and browser controls
Essential authentication, security, operational measurement, and preference functions remain available without optional analytics. Google Analytics is off unless you grant optional analytics consent. Optional website-assistant contact sharing is controlled separately and still requires you to enter information and request follow-up. Use the “Privacy choices” control on any page to grant, change, or withdraw these choices. Where applicable, Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off.
9. Automated assistant and browser permissions
WorkComp Finder may offer an automated assistant that asks for information such as your name, business email address, or telephone number to respond to a request, route you to a partner, schedule follow-up, or continue a conversation. The assistant may use browser-supported permission prompts or ask you to enter the information directly. It will not be authorized to collect browser-held contact information without a clear user action and permission.
Providing contact information to the assistant is optional unless it is necessary to complete a service you request. Before using contact details for marketing calls or texts, we will present any consent language required for that channel. You may decline a browser permission, close the assistant, request a person, withdraw communication consent, or submit a privacy request. Automated responses may be incomplete and should not be treated as underwriting, coverage, legal, or professional advice.
10. Children
WorkComp Finder is a business and professional service not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Questions may be sent to admin@workcompfinder.com.
