We understand that renewal notices sometimes get missed.
If your membership expires, you will have a 14-calendar-day grace period to renew and preserve your Founding Member or Early Member discount.
We will send renewal reminders by email before expiration and during the grace period.
What happens if you miss the grace period?
Beginning on the 15th calendar day after expiration:
Your previous Founding Member or Early Member discount ends
Premium listing and microsite features may be suspended
You may restart at the full retail price or under any promotion available at that time
Your previous discount is not guaranteed to be restored
Renew within the 14-day grace period to keep your original member discount.

How long is the Founding Member account free?
Eligible listings claimed by March 31, 2027 remain free through December 31, 2028.
What happens after the free Founding Member period?
Founding Members will be offered renewal at 50% off the then-current retail membership price. There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription; any paid renewal requires your acceptance of its terms.
Is the 50% Founding Member discount permanent?
The discount can continue with each renewal as long as the membership remains active or is renewed within the 14-calendar-day grace period.
How does the Early Member discount work?
Eligible organizations joining between April 1 and December 31, 2027 receive 40% off the then-current retail price. That discount can continue at renewal while the membership remains active or is renewed within the 14-calendar-day grace period.
What if I forget to renew?
You will have 14 calendar days after expiration to renew at your protected member rate. We will send email reminders before expiration and during the grace period. Beginning on Day 15, the protected discount ends.
Can I return after the grace period?
Yes. You may restart your membership at the full retail price or under any promotion available at that time. The former Founding Member or Early Member rate will no longer be guaranteed.
Can the discount be transferred?
No. Early-access pricing applies to the eligible listing and account that originally enrolled. It cannot be transferred, sold or applied to an unrelated organization.
Does payment affect verification or directory ranking?
No. Payment does not purchase verification, affiliation, licensing status, program authority, underwriting approval or organic directory ranking. Paid features may include enhanced presentation, microsite capabilities, lead capture, analytics or clearly disclosed promotional visibility.
