Program, appetite, and producer process

The problem comes first. The solution structure comes second.

Do not force every account into one answer. Start with the workers’ compensation problem and the employer’s operating needs, then evaluate the structures and program paths currently available through the authorized team.

1 · STATE

Where is the work performed?*

Identify the primary state, every additional state, travel, remote or temporary work, and where payroll is generated.

2 · OPERATIONS

What do employees actually do?*

Use actual duties, class codes if known, job sites, subcontracting, transportation, and unusual exposures—not only the industry label.

3 · SIZE

What is the payroll or premium context?*

Use approximate figures for an early conversation. Ranges are flexible guidance, not automatic eligibility cutoffs.

4 · EVENT

What happened to the account?*

State the barrier, the reason, the next important date, current coverage, loss context, and what other markets have already seen.

* Context matters.Rules, appetite, calculations, and available options may vary by state, bureau, carrier, operations, and current underwriting guidance. Confirm specifics with the applicable authority or an authorized insurance professional.

HOW IT WORKS

From difficult account to a clear next step

Start with the live account and let the facts drive the conversation.

  • Send the basic opportunity
  • Explain the problem, relationship, timing, and available facts
  • Complete missing information
  • Review the account with the appropriate specialist
  • Present any terms or decision through the retail relationship
  • Onboard the account if it moves forward

THE ACCOUNT STORY

Know what needs a closer look

The first conversation may reveal a strong place to start, missing information, another possible path, or an account that needs a specialist’s judgment.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

Understand the problem before choosing the solution

Depending on the account, the conversation may include the FastechHR program, workforce coordination, risk support, or a larger-account review.
